Zest Tea Shipping and Return Policies
- Domestic Shipping fees are based on cart size:
- Orders under $40: $4.99
Orders $40 and above: Free US Shipping
- Domestic orders take 5-12 business days from order to delivery (including handling time + delivery).
- We do not ship CBD or Sparkling Tea/Iced Teas internationally. If an international order includes one of these restricted items, we will be required to cancel and refund those items.
- International with USPS (US Postal Service): We ship to over 200 countries. Most international orders made using USPS take 8-24 days to arrive, but in some cases it can take longer. If you’re waiting for an international delivery and it’s been over 40 days, please let us know. Note that most of the time, this will be due to your country's customs holding the package for you to come pick it up.
- International with UPS: You may select UPS as an option for faster delivery and end-to-end tracking info. For some countries, UPS is the only option available.
- Shipping Rate Calculator (domestic + international): On your cart page, there is a shipping rate calculation tool. By entering your shipping destination, our system can estimate how much shipping will cost (based on cart content at the time) before finalizing your order.
- Handling time is currently 1-3 business days, but can sometimes be longer if we’re temporarily out of stock. If you haven’t received any updates about your order in 5 business days, please reach out to us for an update.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive updates and tracking info via email as soon as your package has been accepted by the carrier and is on its way.
- All domestic orders are currently shipped using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
- International orders are typically shipped using USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or UPS Worldwide Saver. These options may vary depending on your shipping destination.
How to get updates from shipping carrier
For updates about your package from USPS (US Postal Service), have your tracking number ready, and contact them at +1-800-275-8777 or via their email form. For a full list of their Help/Customer Service info, please visit their website.

We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy that starts the day your package arrives.

Make sure to include your order number inside the return package. Once we receive the item, we will refund or replace the item (whichever you choose) within 10 days.
Products Purchased on ZestTea.com
As per our Return Policy, you may return your purchase for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. If the reason for the return is quality-related, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping is not covered. Please follow our Return Policy for instructions on how to return a purchase.
Products Purchased on Amazon.com
If you received the wrong item, or if the product was damaged during shipment after ordering on Amazon.com, please contact Amazon's customer service to request a replacement (Amazon's toll-free customer service number: 1-888-280-4331).
Zest Tea products sold by Zest Tea on Amazon and fulfilled by Amazon via their Prime program can be returned/exchanged by following our Return Policy.
What's not covered under this warranty:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including Amazon resellers. Our warranty only covers purchases under the seller name "Zest Tea" on Amazon, and we strictly prohibit resellers of Zest Tea products.
- Products received more than 30 days ago, unless the issue is quality-related.
- Products received more than 90 days ago.
- Products received for free.
- Products lost or stolen.
